Online updates resetting customer status to Lead
We are using site builder, and I am having a problem. When a customer goes in and makes any kind of update to their info online, it resets them to a lead in the back end, the only real problem that I have with that is that it resets their shipping method to none.
Any suggestions how to stop this from happening?
