Anyone using BigCommerce?

We currently use Netsuite sitebuilder for our ecommerce and we have been quite disappointed - considering the amount we pay. We have multiple ecommerce sites and we are thinking of switching over to BigCommerce (and integrating with Netsuite on the backend). Does anyone have any experience with this? We are just in the research phase so if you use a company other than BigCommerce that integrates with Netsuite on the backend, please let me know (and your experience). Thank you.
