Paypal users getting "Netsuite Error" during Check Out

Hi,
Is anyone facing issue with Paypal users getting "Netsuite Error" during Check Out? We are getting customer calls randomly complaining of Netsuite Error everyday for 4 weeks. Alteast 2 customers report it everyday while many others remain silent / ignore. I have a NetSuite Support case created since January with no solution yet. Current Severity is at S1.

Does anyone have a solution or is facing / has faced similar issue with Netsuite - Paypal?
