Still waiting for real reference checkout documentation

Netsuite - when will you update the SuiteScript record browser with the data objects that the reference checkout uses? Is such a nightmare trying to reverse engineer  this highly complex system without any real developer level documentation. I have implemented reference checkout a bunch of times, and every time  my clients need custom-built tracking modules. While it's nice to have a couple of example modules to go by, there is nothing  that comes  close to any real documentation on how to access the order level data that the tracking modules need.

By looking at the provided reference tracking modules, for example, you can get the confirmation number like so:
