SuiteCommerce Advanced - Recommendations? Limitations? Comparisons?

Hi,

im creating this post as im looking for input from other users who are running SuiteCommerce Advanced. I have a license for SCA but have never used it and currently use SiteBuilder. I need to know anything that i should be aware of if i was to change over to SCA as when it launched i know there were problems with things like PayPal not working etc.

Any input from other users would be much appreciated as it will decide whether i start implementing SCA or look at alternate solutions such as Magento.
