Displaying Related/Correlated items on Shopping cart?

Is it possible to display correlated items on the shopping cart when using the reference checkout 2.05.0 (sitebuilder ,Not SCA)

I have set the option on Setup - Site Builder - Set Up Web Site - Upsell [tab] -

items to upsell : show related items first and upsell items next

items to upsell in cart : show upsell items first and related item next

minimum correlation: 5%

minimum lift: 5%

minimum count: 1

i have added several item to shopping cart with correlated items with all above minimum requirement.

i have also added couple of items under

List - Web Site - Tabs - Shopping cart
