Registering an existing customer in myaccount premium. Still a limitation?
Hello,
I'm testing the Mont Blanc MyAccount premium using a SiteBuilder web site record. I have registration set to Existing Customers only. When an existing contact tries to register (hoping it would update his contact record) a new lead and contact is created instead.
I know this had been a limitation back in 2011 where people were scripting the registration as a workaround. As we are now in 2016 and this is pretty basic functionality I would have thought this would have been resolved. Is this not the case?
