Over the last few months, I've been getting a lot of feedback from many NetSuite site owners that I help that the Custom Web Site Tags are not updating on the web site when changes are made in the custom web site tag.

It's not for every site I manage, but more than a few. For those that NetSuite is not updating the Custom Tags, we can't even create a new custom tag that will be recognized and used.

A few times, I just waited over the weekend and the Custom Tags updated.

On another site where the custom tags would not update no matter how long I waited, I created a work-around: I updated the content in the Tag Substitution of the tab they use for all their products. That would update the custom tag in question. And after that, NetSuite would update the main custom tag immediately. Back to normal.
