Reference My Account page is blank in SiteBuilder

After a successful implementation of a customized version of the reference checkout I tried to set up the reference My Account in our sandbox.  I installed the bundle, deployed the ssp app, set up the touch points and domain in Setup and I am able to log into a test account. 

When the my account page loads however, there is no content.  Did I do something wrong or is the My Account index.ssp (copied from reference) not pre-populated with content?
