We've had a very stagnant site builder ecommerce site that we're looking into using again.  I've logged in after not really using our website for over a year to see what we may need to tweak to make it usable and I ran into the issue of not being able to figure out how to customize the my account page content. 

We have a heavily customized site with a lot of hacks.  I can follow most tabs / items and see where the content is coming from.  However, for my account, I'm clueless.  At one point, we had modified the page to show a reset password link, and I can still see it in the code, but it's not displaying and I have no idea why.
