Is there a way to filter web categories on item attributes?

I have Site Builder. I have a site with 100,000+ items. So, even when you get down to categories of 50-100 products it would be nice to be able to have filters based on the attributes of the products in the categories, to be able to narrow down to a much smaller list of products.

Is there any way to achieve this in Site Builder? I can hack the HTML for a page, but the problem is that if a category has over 50 items then there's no way to pull in the items from page 2 because they aren't in the html.
