SiteBuilder - Categories on left, Items on Right?

Hey,

I'm trying to implement a new website design. We've got a mock where the sub-categories are in a left hand column (ala most sites you see) and then the items take up the 75% of the page to the right of that.

I'm trying to implement something like that here: http://www.controlco.com/Manufacturers/Functional-Devices-Relays

The problem I'm running into is that it seems that NetSuite automatically inserts/assumes that all of the categories are in one row (<tr>) and then all the items are subsequently in the next row (<tr>) and that's not what I want.
