Random Checkout Issues
Since around November 1, 2017, we have heard from several customers who were not able to complete the checkout process because of an issue with the Submit Order button on the Review and Submit page.
The messages have are basically the same. When they click the Submit Order button, "the page does nothing/refreshes/refreshes back to the shopping cart" and "I can't place an order".
I have tried multiple machines, operating systems, browsers, etc. and have not been able to replicate this behavior. If multiple people are all experiencing the same behavior, there has to be a scenario that is causing it.
