v11 Broke my Report Snapshots
I'm administrator, but no matter what role I am in, when I click on "Edit" next to most of my custom report snapshots, I get a Notice: "You do not have access to this report." Funny, I created all the reports...
Similarily, most of the reports that I want to recreate snapshots for, I get to the Customize Report Snapshot Screen.

But then, I get:
"Notice - This record already exists"
