Publishing Dashboards Does Not Work
I am trying to add a new shortcut to a dashboard, and publish it to all users with a certain role in NetSuite.
I am doing the following:
1) Clear cache, cookies etc etc.
2) Sign in to the role I wish top publish a new dashboard.
3) Make changes to the dashboard.
4) Click 'lists' next to publish dashboards.
5) Select 'edit' from the role displayed.
6) On 'apply to roles' tab, select 'override user settings' - tick this, click 'done'.
7) Click 'Save and Update Content'.
8) Sign out, clear cookies, cache etc.
9) Sign in expecting to see new dashboard.
The dashboard doesn't update on my pc or any other user with the role I am publishing to!!?
