KPI for New Leads
The KPI for New Leads takes you to the Lead Source Analysis Report. That report does not pull from the Created Date, just the Lead Date. In reseaching it appears that this is the last date any activity took place. I have the comparison set for Today vs. Yesterday and it is pulling Leads creatd last week. When I look at the Profile sub tab I see the created date.
Also, When I look at Leads apprearing on this KPI, I am seeing "Closed Lost". When I try to customize the report by changing the date to Date Created and adding filters for Closed Lost, it saves the new report as a custom report even though I do not change the name and continues to pull the KPI from the report that has bad data.
