Publish Dashboard permissions - huh?
I think I'm missing something. I have created a custom Center for a custom Role. I wanted to publish the customized Dashboard to that Role and from the help I read that I needed to this FROM the Role I wanted to publish to. This means I needed to give the Role permission to Publish Dashboards.
But I don't want my users to publish Dashboards yet it seems like I must grant this permission to publish Dashboards?
Verify that the role you are currently using shares the same center as the roles to which you want to publish the dashboard, such as the accounting center, classic center, or sales center. You cannot publish a dashboard to roles tied to other centers. Do not begin customizing a dashboard until you are sure that your role can publish to the users you want!
