Saved searches

I created a Saved search and used that saved search URL and Created a Custom Center Link, Then Created a Center Tab and Included that Custom Link.

It was working to others earlier(who  has Lesser Permissions) But now its not working and throwing a error Like this "Your search criteria expired. The criteria for a given search generally expire after 15 minutes of inactivity. Please return to the search definition page and re-submit your search." but Still the Administrators can View the search using the Center tab

Any Idea guys?
