set the Change text color for custom KPI
I've experimented and read the help but I'm not able to figure out how to change the text color for the Change column on a custom KPI. I don't really want to change the color, but how to tell the portlet if an increase is good or an increased is bad. For example, New Cases increase is bad (red) but Closed Cases increase is good (green). How in the world do we do this for custom KPIs? It's very disorienting to see red and green text for changes that should be the opposite.
Anyone know if this is possible? It must be...
