Unable to see period info on custom KPI
I've got a custom KPI on my KPI portlet on my dashboard that is only showing "current" as a period.
The KPI is based on an item saved search. The item has a custom date field called "Date Shipped" and I'd like to see how many items shipped in a given period (vs a previous period). I'm only able to see the total number of items shipped though.
There is only one criteria for the saved search, "Date Shipped is not empty". In the results I have a summary count of internal id.
Am I doing something wrong here or can the KPI portlet not do what I'd like?
