Disable Use Classic Interface

I have created and published a few custom dashboards but today when testing one for release I find that this one or none of the other ones already released was as ready to go as I had thought. Can I disable the "Use Classic Interface" option in the "Set Preferences>>Appearance" for some or all users or roles?
