Mass Update Based on Sales Order
We would like to schedule a mass update to schedule follow up phone calls for customers based on the date a sales order is billed. For example, once a sales order is billed we want to schedule a follow up call with the customer 2 weeks, 90 and 330 days after the sales order is billed. When we go into mass updates/general updates section/phone call and select the fields based on the transaction, nothing pulls up. What are we doing wrong?
