Creating a saved search based on backordered items?
Hi All - going a bit crazy here, so I'm hoping that I've overlooked something obvious and someone can point me in the right direction.
I'm trying to create a saved search for use in a dynamic customer group. The search will return records for all customers who currently have a specific item backordered. I attempted to create a saved search of the "customer" type but I don't see a "has item on backorder" criteria available. My next thought was to use a combination of "Has ordered item X" and "Has not purchased item X", but of course this also returned records for all customers who have ordered that item and then cancelled the order, so it will not work either.
