Sales Team

Hello,

On the Sales Order, I need to hide the contribution field on the Sales Team.  Is there a way to do this?

Also I need to make the employee (Sales Rep) field required.  It shows with an * but you can save the Sales Order with out selecting the employee.  How do I accomplish this, please?
