UK Standard Rate of VAT - Temporary change to 15%

Following today's announcement of the change in VAT rates in the UK with effect from next Monday (1st December 2008), does anyone know whether one simply changes the standard rate of VAT in Setup > Accounting > Tax Codes or whether it is more appropriate to set up a new Tax code for the revised 15% rate of VAT?
