Tax Engine

Are any other Canadian user experiencing issues with taxation? We seem to have a lot of items (on existing sales order) appearing with the incorrect tax codes. We have issues filed, but no luck solving yet - and we have people issuing orders and invoices with the taxes screwed up. Anyone else having this problem, and have you been able to diagnose it?
