How did your company find a Netsuite admin?

So far I am the only admin here where I work.  We would like a 2nd admin to split Netsuite duties and as backup in case I die ;-/  We don't have the staff internally to train someone so we're considering hiring a general IT (Mac OSX) person whom has experience as a Netsuite admin.

Are we asking too much?
