Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Scheduled reports still running twice
Last week we were discussing that all of our scheduled reports run twice on the same day- at 12am and 4am. I had thought I got them twice because I am an admin. However, it was determined in here that everyone was getting the same results.
So Imagine my surprise when I came in yesterday and there was only one instance of the scheduled reports! Hooray! However, when I came in this morning, our weekly scheduled reports have run again. So here is what I now have:
Reports scheduled to run once a week starting on 12/15:
