Searching for Leads that DO NOT have a scheduled phone call

Hi

I want to create a search that finds all Leads that DO NOT have an associated scheduled phone call.

With this I can create a workflow safety net to ensure that all new leads have been correctly processed.

Any ideas appreciated!
