shipping report

I had a custom shipping report, which gave me the sales for:
UPS ground
UPS 2nd day
UPS Next  day
UPS 3 day

but since July, this report has not worked (often the case when netsuite changes things :mad:

I have attempted many times to get my report back.
any ideas?
