Report for customers who no longer order

Hi all, is it possible to generate a report that shows all customers that have bought from us before but haven't purchase anything for at least 3 months?  This info will help our customer service staff to follow up with these customers and find out the reasons why they left us and thus improve our overall customer service and process.  Any info will be much appreciated.
