Pivot Report Builder - Reset?

In the Pivot Report Builder, once I've added a field to a section, I then can't remove it.

The Reset button - which I assume clears all the fields - doesn't seem to do anything.

Because it remembers the previous settings, if I incorrectly add a field, I don't seem to have any options at all to remove it.

Am I missing something really obvious here?
