We recently started using serialized inventory and I need to have a report or search that is set up with a filter for the serial number (inventory detail).  We would like when we receive in hardware on a return to look up the history on that item.  Is there a report or search already in there that I am not aware of?  Or has someone created something like this and can assist me in creating it?  I tried creating a search with the serial/lot number as the filter at the bottom but it does not work when I type in
