Physical Inventory Worksheet - On Hand by Location?

I am stumped.....

I created a report for inventory by locations that is greater than zero. I thought it was working well, but on closer inspection, I see that the quantity on hand in each location is the total amount on hand, not the quantity in that individual location. I can't find a "Location - Quantity on Hand" column to work with. Anyone know how I can create a report to see

1 Grouped locations
2 Item in that location
3 exact quantity on hand in that location only
