Attachments in an online form???
Question about online forms and attachments.
While I have been able to pass attachments to a support case when a customer simply hits 'reply' to the email, I cannot figure out how to allow customers to attach files when they view the support case online rather than simply 'replying' to the support ticket email.
Is there a way to customize the online form to allow for attachments from a customer viewing the case on the website (rather than hitting reply to the email and attaching a file)?
