Filtering & Sourcing
We are using an Online Lead Form for making changes to a customer profile.
The form works fine except for one field -a custom entity field that is using Sourcing and Filtering - from a Custom Record.
With Sourcing and Filtering turned off, the entire list of records from the Custom Record is displayed on the form.
This same field, used from within netsuite, works fine. The filter feature limits the records that are shown from the Custom Record as expected.
The custom field is Change Request, which is stored in the customer record.
Change Request points to a custom record called Possible Subscription Changes.
