How to capture questions in a customer form?
We have a 'contact us' form where potential customers can ask questions. It has standard fields like name, company name, email address, etc. that map very nicely to NetSuite fields. I'm struggling with how to handle the question field. The closest thing to map it to is the comments field, but this doesn't match the architecture of what we're trying to achieve. A single potential customer could ask multiple questions on different occasions, so mapping them all to a single field won't work.
Can I have the question field go to a NetSuite case or a NetSuite message, or is there a better way to achieve what I'm after?
