Case Form: Invalid company reference key 1631.

Hi All,

I'm trying to make something realllly simple, but as always NetSuite doesn't do simple, The form above is just a simple submit a case form, but when submitting a test form I get the error Invalid company reference key 1631 as with all NetSuite errors they never seem to give any more detail, and there is nothing in the documentation about this reference key.

---- Does anyone know what invalid reference key 1631 is?

The reason I'm going down this route of a support ticket form is that we are being spammed by Viagra via e-mail, but this form doesn't seem to allow protection with a captcha.
