Signatures

It is crucial to include our branding and logo in all outbound correspondence.  Since we began using NetSuite, the only place I have found that applies to e-mail signatures is under - Set Preferences - User Profile.  Only text is allowed and the user must remember to input the signature tab on each email message?!?!  I have been unable to locate a way to load our .gif signature into email messages being sent through NetSuite. 

Does anyone else have this difficulty and what (if any) workarounds have you used? 

To improve efficiency we must use NetSuite to send email messages however, it is crucial we remain consistent with our branding.  Please help!
