Duplicate Emails in a Saved Search

Hi

I'm a new user to Netsuite. Hopefully someone can answer my query.

I'm sending out and email through Netsuite to customers. I've created a saved search to islolate the customers I wish to target.

When I preview the target group data, I can see loads of duplicate email records where, for whatever reason, duplicate records have been created.

My question is this?  When I send my email, will people who's email address is duplicated recieve the email several times?  If so is there anyway of telling Netsuite to only email the first instance of a given email?

Hopefully some can answer this.
