Major Template Problem

Since last weekend all our Email Templates have LOST their CR / line breaks, both in standard TEXT and HTML. When selecting a Template in Email compose, the copy pulled in is without any line breaks, and is being sent that way unless manually edited EACH TIME.

Editing the TEMPLATES or creating new ones has some result.

Problem exists across all Browsers IE, Firefox, Chrome.

We have flagged it with support and they have assigned a S3 issue which means 120 DAYS of waiting until fixed - and we can't use any email function!

Is anyone out there with the same issue? We can not believe we're alone.
