Set Notification email template dynamically
Hello All,
I would like to know if it is possible to dynamically choose what template to use for case notifications for Creation, Assignment, Update, Escalation etc.
Reason for this is becuase I have different branding and logos that I use depending on which group of client a client belongs to. So I have a template with branding A for one client and a template for with branding B for another client. I want to be able to use one template for Case creation for one client and another template for the other client - is this possible? As far as I can see in NetSuite the notification can only have 1 template set against it. Is there something I can do using the Company classifications?
