One World, one company? Not hat we expected
I'm probably looking in the wrong spot but I've looked and looked and looked...
We recently upgraded to One World, but now all transaction emails subject lines are from the original company name. Where do I hit the box that says "send email as subsidiary" or whatever it is? We are about to go live and this scenario simply cannot occur.
I can change it manually by going to Setup>Company>Company Information. The name in the Company Name field is what prefaces the rest of the email transaction, but even if I make this blank it adds (your company name here) to the subject line.
