How to create automated emails to customers

I looked around and couldn't find other post about this but please let me know if there has already been one.

I know how to set up email and campaigns, what I can figure out is how to automate them. I would like to send emails to customer a few weeks after their order is shipped but only when particular SKUs are ordered. I am sure this is possible but for the life of me can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
