The 'FROM' address on new case creation support case emails
Hi Guys,
We've been running Netsuite for a few years now. We've come across something recently that I'm struggling to understand. Customers raise cases via email which creates the case and emails them back confirmation of the support case number using a custom system template. Recently, some of our customers have been receiving this confirmation 'from' themselves though.
So, I email from my email address to support@mimecast.com and I receive an email back from myself confirming the case has been created. The reply to address is actually the case reply to address but some of our emails are complaining about the 'from'.
