<NLTOTAL> CRMDSK displays as a Negative for Credits
I created an email Template to send to customers when we refund their Credit Memos.
I embedded the <NLTOTAL> in the email body.
Unfortunately, because N/S sees the credit balance as a negative on an account, it displayed the balance as a negative in the email.
It looks Like "We refunded -87.99 to your credit card" which is dumb.
How can I get a <NLTOTAL> balance of a document to display as a positive or at the least an Absolute value and not a negative?
