Spam Filters Blocking E-mails sent through NetSuite
This seems to be a recurring problem...
Every month or two NetSuite's e-mail server gets placed on a blacklist by the major spam filtering companies. This results in e-mails from NetSuite to our some of our customers and vendors getting blocked.
It is extremely awkward to ask a customer to place an e-mail domain on a white list or to check their spam filter to see if our communication is in there.
Eventually NetSuite gets themselves out of the spam dog house and the e-mails return, but not until after hundreds of our purchase orders, invoices, and other communications go unread.
