complicated number of days formula - help please
We are a rental business so have many different items that we track being out at any time using custom records. for each individual record we have the numbers of days an item is out calculated easily for billing however one of our key indicaters is number of days rented per month.
Im trying to work out a formular that will move through the custom records and caluculate this for us at a glance.
I was initially looking at a very complicated formula but have decided that it might be best to just make a slightly simpiler formular that is on the actual custom record that just stores the number of days per month and then get another formular to just add them all together.
