Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Random alerts now being triggered
Since the new version the previously reliable searches, and the alerts they trigger have been working in quite a haphazard manner. Many of which I cannot replicate, or diagnose because the criteria and alerts are correct and working. The following have all occurred:

[*]Previously inactivated searches/alerts have begun re-firing
[*]Alerts that are only set to fire upon creation "Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated" and then not selecting "SEND ON UPDATE" are still firing when a transaction is updated
[*]Long delay in certain alerts
[/LIST]
Has anyone else see such issues; if so, could you diagnose or correct the problem?
