How to Share Revenue?
Does anyone have any ideas on how to use NetSuite for revenue sharing?
We have a partner with whom we have agreed to share the revenue for sales to certain clients. We do all the invoicing, and then when we receive payment we send our partner their share of the revenue.
However, when we invoice the client for the full amount, we want to show as OUR revenue only our share of that sale. So, for example:

We invoice our client for $100

The revenue is to be split as follows:

Us: $60

Our Partner: $40

So how do we record the fact that the client owes us $100 but show only $60 of revenue on financial statements?
